Her broad network and expertise enable her to drive strategic business growth while ensuring strong compliance and effective risk management practices.

Ms. Ruiz holds a Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. She is also certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), with specialization in mediation, conciliation, and arbitration, which has provided her with advanced expertise in managing and resolving complex disputes. Her outstanding negotiation skills and strong problem-solving abilities further enhance her leadership and professional acumen.
